Chemical Stress- My very big WHY I use doTerra oils… these babies came into my life 2.5 years ago and I am obsessed. Not just because they smell pretty (which they do) but because by using them I have been able to systematically decrease my chemical load. I no longer use perfumes, I use essential oils for aromatic dressing every day and I get more compliments on how good I smell than ever before. I use the oils for mood, sleep, skin, immune system and cleaning. I have been making my own cleaning products using just basic ingredients like vinegar and baking soda.
